Squadgoals. Squadgoals everywhere. Backstage at the Victoria’s Secret show, all you see is smiling faces, spontaneous peace signs and cheeky winks. Judging by the many behind-the-scenes shots, we’re lucky to see some of the world’s best models getting ready for the catwalk. The energy backstage looks absolutely amazing! I think it must’ve been an extraordinary experience for both models and crew to be a part of this year’s show. Be a little naughty and take a peek behind the pink curtain with me. Come on, let’s sneak backstage. You know you want to…
A couple of nights ago the most awaited fashion show of the year took place in New York City. The extravaganza that is the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show celebrated its 20th anniversary the only way they know how to – with a bang and full of glam. I’m truly amazed by all the stunning ensembles the Angels and models proudly presented. I especially loved the heavenly debut of BFF’s Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid. Oh and Ellie Goulding, The Weeknd and Selena Gomez? That’s just showing off, VS. I don’t mind.
Pop that champagne! After 2 years I thought it was time for a little change around here and I found the courage to finally change my blog theme. It really was quite the quest to find out what it was that I wanted but I’m so glad I made the step to go with a more minimalistic color palette. I absolutely love the new theme and I really hope you do, too. It’s a little simpler and a more down-to-earth lay-out compared with the last one but I think it’s very me. I’m very happy with it and to be honest, I can’t really stop staring at it.
Every fall deep reds are all over the fashion and beauty industry. You see it on the runway, in the magazines, in stores, basically everywhere. Personally, I don’t mind at all. Burgundy is a gorgeous, powerful color and I love it both in my wardrobe and my make-up looks! MAC’s Dubonnet is a personal favorite and in my opinion, the perfect lipstick for those who want to incorporate this on-trend fall color in a make-up look. Time to review this vampy, oxblood beauty!
Happy Halloween! To celebrate this scary holiday, I thought I’d share a little kick-ass project you could do if you’re ever bored on a rainy autumn evening. This do-it-yourself project is inspired by the amazing Alexander McQueen, whose work contains quite a few skulls and skeletons. To McQueen your interior with this scented candle, do continue… If you dare!
Okay, let’s start by saying that I’m the kind of girl that’s pretty much 99% caffeine five days a week. In the fall and the winter especially, there’s nothing I enjoy more than a hot coffee warming up my hands and tummy. So when the bae Sarah and I met up after school to shoot my outfit of the day, there was coffee involved. Proof enough.
